Who We are

We are Jose and Oli, founded Zio Pig in 2016 with the idea of ​​offering different and little-known Italian products, focusing on sausages, cheeses, focaccia, Italian-style burgers and Roman-style Pizza. Our dough has the best recipe, we learned from the 5-time world champion in Pizza Romana, Massimiliano Saieva. After years of practice, we managed to start our own workshop, where the most delicious Roman-style Pizza and Focaccia in the city are kneaded.
